About the role

167 Solutions is supporting a leading enterprise organisation with the appointment of a permanent Salesforce Administrator based in Birmingham.

You will join an established business environment and take responsibility for the day-to-day administration, support and continuous improvement of its Salesforce platform. The role will work closely with users and stakeholders across the organisation to maintain a reliable, well-governed CRM that supports both sales and customer service operations.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Birmingham. The successful candidate should be available to start in September.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles and access controls.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, fields, page layouts, record types and validation rules.
• Configure Flow automation and support the improvement of business processes.
• Maintain data quality through imports, cleansing, deduplication and governance controls.
• Investigate user issues, provide practical support and manage platform requests.
• Work with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support release management, sandbox testing, documentation and user acceptance testing.
• Deliver user guidance and promote effective adoption of Salesforce across the organisation.

What they're looking for

• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a commercial or enterprise environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Experience with users, security, reports, dashboards, data management and declarative automation.
• Understanding of Salesforce Flow, change sets, sandboxes and release practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Able to work full time on site in Birmingham.
• Availability to commence the role in September.
