About the role
167 Solutions is seeking an experienced IFS Support Analyst to join a technology team on an initial six-month contract.
You will support business-critical IFS Cloud applications used across multiple international locations, resolving technical issues, maintaining system performance and contributing to ongoing improvements. Working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants and technical teams, you will help ensure the stability and continuous improvement of the ERP platform.
This is a six-month, UK remote contract paying £200 to £300 per day, outside IR35, with an immediate start. Applicants must be based in the UK and have the unrestricted right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.
Key responsibilities
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
• Support IFS Cloud configuration, administration and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and application security.
• Support users across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects, Asset Management and Service Management.
• Analyse system issues, identify root causes and coordinate bug fixes and enhancements.
• Assist with upgrades, patches and new IFS Cloud releases.
• Support integrations between IFS and third-party applications.
• Participate in testing, change management and deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles, providing user guidance where required.
What they're looking for
• Experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Applications 10.
• Knowledge of one or more IFS modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects, Asset Management, Service Management, Maintenance or Human Capital Management.
• Strong SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Experience supporting integrations, REST APIs and third-party applications.
• Excellent incident, problem and change-management experience within an ITIL environment.
• Strong analytical and root-cause troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with a proactive, service-focused approach.
• Experience with IFS Cloud migrations, Azure, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira or CI/CD processes is beneficial.
