Why this opportunity stands out

Own the day-to-day administration of a Salesforce platform at a scaling UK organisation. Flow-led automation, reporting and integrations.

About the role

A growing organisation is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of the platform and the experience of every team that depends on it. You will be the person the sales, service, operations and finance teams call when something needs to change, be configured, automated or reported on. The role sits at the intersection of commercial operations, technology and the wider business.

You will be hands-on across configuration, flows, validation, reports and dashboards, integrations with the wider systems landscape, and user enablement. You will partner with commercial leaders, RevOps and the wider technology organisation to keep the platform healthy, scalable and aligned to how the business actually works.

## What you will own

* The day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and the wider org
* Configuration: objects, fields, page layouts, record types, flows, validation rules and approval processes
* Automation: Flow-based and process-builder patterns that remove repeated manual effort from the sales and operations teams
* Reporting and dashboards: pipeline, forecast, activity, service performance and ad hoc business questions
* User support, access management and permission sets
* Data quality: dedupe, hygiene, account and contact governance
* Integrations with the surrounding systems landscape — marketing automation, finance, HR, support, telephony
* A roadmap of platform improvements that the wider business has visibility of and input into
* The relationship with external Salesforce partners, AppExchange vendors and the broader Salesforce ecosystem

## What you will have done before

* Owned administration of a Salesforce org supporting a sales and operations team of meaningful size
* Built and maintained Flows as the primary automation pattern
* Delivered reporting and dashboards that commercial leaders actually use to run the business
* Worked with sales, service and operations stakeholders directly, not just technology
* Managed data quality, dedupe and account governance in a real org
* Administered integrations with at least one of marketing automation, finance, HR or support systems
* Worked with Salesforce partners or AppExchange vendors when the build demanded it

## Nice to have

* Salesforce Administrator certification
* Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or both
* Some exposure to Apex or LWC for when the out-of-the-box tooling cannot meet the need
* Experience working alongside a wider technology or platform team

## Compensation

* Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits

## Location

* UK-based, hybrid. The role requires regular working time with commercial, operations and technology stakeholders.
