About the role
167 Solutions is recruiting an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer for a permanent opportunity within an organisation continuing to invest in its enterprise CRM capability.
You will take a senior hands-on role across solution design, development, integration and release delivery. The platform covers Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ, with Agentforce becoming an increasingly important part of the roadmap.

Key responsibilities
• Design, develop, test and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and platform automation.
• Deliver enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
• Develop Agentforce capabilities, actions and integrations aligned with business use cases.
• Design and maintain secure integrations using REST, SOAP, platform events and middleware.
• Translate functional requirements into maintainable technical designs.
• Review code, improve engineering standards and mentor other Salesforce developers.
• Support release planning, source control, CI/CD and environment management.
• Diagnose production issues and provide robust root-cause resolution.
• Work closely with architects, administrators, product owners and business stakeholders.

• Strong commercial Salesforce development experience in complex organisations.
• Advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow and platform-security knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Practical Salesforce CPQ configuration and development experience.
• Experience delivering Agentforce or comparable Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Strong integration experience using APIs, events and enterprise integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tooling, Git, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant Salesforce developer certifications are strongly preferred.
• Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) experience would be a valuable additional advantage.
• Advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow and platform-security knowledge.
